Energy Efficiency. Econergy offers technical energy efficiency and sustainable design assistance to facility owners and demand-side management consulting to utilities. Econergy's staff manages an affiliate ESCO in Mexico.Renewable Energy. Econergy helps clients create the technical, financial, and institutional conditions necessary to increase the deployment of renewable energy projects as an alternative to traditional power plants.Carbon Management. In addition, Econergy brokers the buying and selling of carbon credits. Financial Asset Management. Econergy manages the CleanTech Fund which invests in clean energy projects in Latin America. The Fund began with a lead investment by the Multilateral Investment Fund of the Inter-American Devlopment Bank and is expected to close in the Spring of 2004.Training.
