The programme is for managers in city and regional governments that need to learn how to write bankable proposals for environmentally sound projects.   Training programmes conducted in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.</div> <bR> <div> RFi mission is to assist clients and investors in every step of the investment cycle to achieve ecologically sound project finance in energy end environmental sectors in emerging market countries.
